Job summary

ProCraft Cabinetry, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an experienced full‑time cabinet assembler/builder to handle the complete assembly process from start to finish. The role reports to the Production Lead/Supervisor and requires 1–2 years of cabinetry experience.

Cross-training on the production line/warehouse is expected as needed. Responsibilities include building and inspecting cabinets, assembling doors, drawers, shelves and frames, and ensuring precise measurements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of cabinetry experience.
  • Experience with pneumatic tools (air-powered nail guns, impact drivers, drills).
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 of an inch.
  • Willingness to train across production line and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Build quality cabinets and inspect all parts before assembly for cleanliness and flaws.
  • Assemble cabinet components such as doors, drawers, shelves, and frames.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in measurements and assembly processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
  • Meet or exceed production targets and contribute to production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Summary of Position

ProCraft Cabinetry Phoenix is looking for an experienced full‑time cabinet assembler / builder who will be responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish. The role reports directly to the Production Lead / Supervisor. Candidates should have 1–2 years of cabinetry experience and be prepared for cross‑training on the general production line / warehouse based on company needs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Build quality cabinets and inspect all parts before assembly for cleanliness and visible flaws.
  • Construct cabinets according to specifications for size, material, and design.
  • Assemble cabinet components such as doors, drawers, shelves, and frames.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in measurements and assembly processes.
  • Inspect each completed item to ensure correct construction and finish application.
  • Make adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
  • Use power tools such as impact drivers, drills, and air‑powered nail guns to produce professional results.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures; use personal protective equipment as required.
  • Report safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members to meet production goals.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding workflow and production schedules.
  • Assist coworkers and provide support as needed.
  • Work efficiently to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
  • Meet or exceed production targets and goals.
  • Contribute to the production of high‑quality cabinets that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate professionally.
  • 1–2 years of industry experience in cabinet fabrication.
  • Experience with pneumatic tools (air‑powered nail guns, impact drivers, drills, etc.).
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 of an inch.
  • Will be trained to consistently meet or exceed production standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, hard‑working, and open to learning.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Punctual and dependable; good attendance is essential.
  • Physical fitness to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Flexibility to learn new procedures and cross‑train across departments as requested by upper management.
