Job summary

ESPEC North America is seeking a Standard Cabinet Assembler I to join our Standard Cabinet Department in Hudsonville, MI. You will assist in assembling cabinets for environmental test chambers, following blueprints and using hand tools daily.

This role features a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule, a four-day workweek with Friday overtime and no mandatory weekend work, and a strong benefits package. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can read a tape measure, and have basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
• TIG welding experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinets for environmental test chambers.
• Work in specified cells within a model line.
• Use hand tools daily (drills, caulk guns, rivet/rivnut guns, screwdrivers, knives).
• Cut and install insulation daily.
• Weld doors and exteriors as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Maintain clean work area and tools.
