The Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA) is seeking a Director of Cabinet Alumni Leadership & Engagement to implement the Cabinet Alumni Strategy. You will build structures and partnerships to turn Cabinet participation into lifelong leadership across the Federation system and beyond.

The role emphasizes recruitment, engagement, tracking, and meaningful leadership placement, with a strong hybrid work expectation in New York.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in volunteer leadership, governance, alumni or constituent networks, or leadership development.
• Knowledge of the Jewish communal landscape and Federation system preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel and staff key events, including international.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a Cabinet Alumni Leadership Group with National Cabinet Alumni Co-Chairs, defining roles and annual work plans.
• Partner with Alumni Co-Chairs to set, monitor, and report on KPIs and develop alumni leaders to increase alumni-led initiatives.
• Build sustained relationships with local Federations and advise on recruitment, onboarding, transition, and alumni engagement.
• Track alumni engagement, placements, and progression across 141 Federations and JFNA; create mentorship pathways.
• Design an annual alumni engagement portfolio of gatherings and immersive experiences and coordinate with major programs.
• Represent Cabinet Alumni at JFNA forums, contribute to planning, budgeting, and evaluation.
