Job summary

ApplyMint is hiring a Cabin Services Supervisor in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role involves ensuring the safety and efficient cleaning of aircraft cabins, directing cleaning operations, and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and be capable of lifting heavy loads. Candidates should have a high school diploma and some supervisory experience is preferred. This job requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Pass all pre‑employment testing, including drug testing and a physical.
  • Obtain and maintain all required airport and customs badges/seals.
  • Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the cleaning functions of all assigned commercial aircraft.
  • Mentor, coach, train and direct agents and leads.
  • Prepare cleaning supplies such as solvents.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in working order.
  • Communicate daily manpower needs to management.

Skills

Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
Comfortable lifting 70 lbs
Prior supervision experience

Rate: $18.75 USD per hour

Role Purpose

The Cabin Services Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient cleaning of the aircraft cabins. Duties include preparing cleaning solvents, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, disinfecting, and ensuring the safety of the cabin environment. The supervisor plans work and communicates with management and airline representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the basic and deep cleaning functions of all assigned commercial aircraft thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Mentor, coach, train and direct agents and leads.
  • Prepare all cleaning supplies such as solvents and conserve use of supplies.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in working order and that all protective clothing is worn as instructed.
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect and clean all areas of the aircraft.
  • Replace blankets and pillows with clean ones based on individual customer requests.
  • Deposit soiled linens into the laundry bin.
  • Return all cleaning supplies and equipment to the designated storage area.
  • Plan daily work assignments, lunches, and breaks.
  • Communicate daily manpower needs to management.

  • Apply common sense to instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Comfortable lifting 70 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Obtain and maintain all required airport and customs badges/seals.
  • Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior supervision and cabin cleaning experience a plus.
  • Previous cabin cleaning experience preferred.
