Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualifications in aviation management, business or related field.
• Significant aviation experience in cabin crew/training.
• Proficiency in English; working knowledge of French or another official ICAO language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and update/align course syllabi with learner needs and project scope.
• Design and implement training programmes for cabin crew and related stakeholders to meet service objectives.
• Ensure quality assurance by aligning training with regulatory standards and evolving service delivery requirements.
• Deliver a range of trainer-led courses and identify delivery platforms for learner-centric delivery.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and disseminate knowledge within the team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
