Job summary

ISS Group is seeking a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor in Tampa, FL to oversee custodial staff across three shifts. You will assist the Janitorial Manager, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of cleaning tasks, and coordinate with the Facility Manager and District leadership.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight of union custodial workforce at the assigned site.
• Schedule employees and work to be performed according to site needs.
• Direct special cleaning projects and inspect quality levels.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and assist with payroll.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, and team members.
