Job summary

Menzies Aviation seeks a Cabin Appearance Manager to oversee cabin service operations, uphold safety, and drive performance. You will lead resources, enforce standards, coordinate with clients and agencies, and mentor staff on shift.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in aviation, airport ground handling leadership, and knowledge of passenger operations and IATA agreements. You will report to the Station VP and ensure compliance with safety and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior Management experience in the Airport Ground Handling business
• Demonstrable track record of passenger services success
• Must excel in time management skills and require minimal supervision.
• A proven track record in managing a business unit.
• Possess 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures.
• A working knowledge of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement
• Organizing and planning skills, with the ability and initiative to react effectively and quickly to unexpected circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability to the Station VP for Health & Safety issues, operational and financial performance of their shift
• Planning resource allocation in each business unit for their shift
• Routine liaison with customer representatives
• Liaison with internal and external customers and agencies
• Producing routine reports
• Support the development of business units with accurate and timely project work.
• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external operational and administrative requirements
• Perform as a mentor to other employees.

Role Purpose

The Cabin Appearance Manager will be directly responsible for overseeing cabin service operations and will take accountability for safety, resource management, operation standards, policy implementation, client relations, and financial performance. This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
