Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Cabana Server to deliver friendly, attentive beverage and dining service inside our waterpark venues and outdoor cabanas. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, take orders, and ensure a seamless experience in a luxurious, family-friendly atmosphere.

The role emphasizes personalized service, teamwork, and embodying our Promise to Lead with Love, guiding associates and delivering extraordinary guest moments across resort locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Alcohol awareness/safety certificate may be required by state/local law.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• General food and beverage knowledge; front-of-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to guests in a waterpark setting.
• Greet guests, describe specials, guide menu selections and accommodate dietary needs.
• Take orders, input into POS, relay to kitchen/bar, and deliver orders with accuracy and timing.
• Ensure safe food handling and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and associates.
