The Beverly Hills Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, seeks a Pool Host to deliver premier guest service at the pool deck, maintain a polished environment, and contribute to memorable experiences for our Legends.
You will coordinate cabana bookings, assist with food and beverage service, and work with other hotel teams to uphold luxury standards. The role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.

As a Pool Host at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $24.21 per hour.
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: A day in the life of our Pool Hosts… it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our Pool Hosts accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.
The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Pool Hosts are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions The physical ability to stand and or walk continuously. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to stand for long periods at a time, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Ability to carry and balance pool equipment, umbrellas, push carts and lounge chairs in the course of service. Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be willing to work outdoors in seasonal heat (90F+) or cold as well as inclement weather. Due to nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
