Overview

This is a remote role that may only be hired in Texas or Arkansas.

This position supports bank products or services within a business unit, executing daily operational activities. It involves working directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries, facilitating workflow, and ensuring client satisfaction through handling, processing, and servicing requests.

Responsibilities
  1. Account Servicing: Manages accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the line of business, including creation and termination. Performs routine data entry, processing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations.
  2. Operations: Performs various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries.
  3. Service & Support: Develops relationships with customers, associates, or vendors to achieve business goals and streamline the service experience. Determines target needs and provides resolutions.
  4. Business Proficiency: Provides knowledge in the area of work. Assists in troubleshooting for internal and external parties. May assist in promoting and distributing bank products or services.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience.
