CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks an Office Leader/CFO for its CAAS division to guide client accounting and advisory services. You will partner with local leaders, set financial policy, and drive service excellence while managing budgets and KPIs.

The role emphasizes capital planning, risk management, and leadership across growth-focused client engagements within CLA's CAAS practice. In-office role with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Deep industry specialization.
• General knowledge of accounting software.
• Experience in using personal and professional network for business development and proven record of building and managing teams through growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local Client Relationship Leaders to cascade CAAS messaging and initiatives.
• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team and drive best practices.
• Drive capital planning, risk management, ratio and KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting; oversee long-term budget planning and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
