Creative Artists Agency is looking for a Project Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and team through all phases of large-scale venue projects. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a Bachelor's degree related to construction or engineering, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary range of $63,000 to $70,000 is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will assist the Project Manager, Director and Executive throughout the entire project phase, including design, construction and completion of large‑scale venue projects. You will be responsible for document control, communications and all administrative functions to support the project team. Interact with Owners/Clients, Architects/Engineers and Subcontractors and project stakeholders in a professional and tactful manner on a regular basis.
This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK.
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $63,000 – $70,000. The position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
