The Project Controls Manager is responsible for consolidating all project expenditures and forecasted expenditures into CAA ICON budget reports and forms, monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of the overall project budget (hard and soft costs, committed and uncommitted, risk and exposures), and managing cost documentation, invoices, pay applications, and draw requests. The role focuses on cost management, tracking, and facilitating resolution of scope changes, delay claims, or design impacts.
