Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking a Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) for our Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC. This role participates in an anesthesia care team with anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

The position entails preoperative evaluations, anesthesia planning, induction, maintenance and emergence, with a focus on safety, comfort, and efficiency in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program.
• Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

The Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center has been providing excellent clinical care with a focus on safety, comfort and convenience for over 43 years. Their 11 operating rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment for a variety of specialties and procedures. Our anesthesiologists, CRNAs and CAAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards

Hourly Rate: $175 per hour Fully Paid Malpractice Insurance Case Assignments &

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm. No nights, weekends or holidays!
• Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Vascular, Urology
