Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) invites CRNAs to join their Fayetteville ASC team on a per diem basis. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality perioperative care in a patient‑centered environment focused on comfort and convenience.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm with no nights, weekends, or holidays; cases include Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Vascular, Urology, and more. Current RN license and AANA certification required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• AANA Certification or recertification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Per Diem CRNA opportunity at our new practice, Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC! NAPA is happy to announce this new site! The Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center has been providing excellent clinical care with a focus on safety, comfort and convenience for over 43 years. Their 11 operating rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the‑art technology and equipment for a variety of specialties and procedures. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards

• Hourly Rate: $175
• Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage

Case Assignments & Schedule
