Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is expanding with a new Fayetteville ASC in Fayetteville, NC. The CAA opportunity supports orthopedics, general, gyn, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, vascular and urology in a team-based anesthesia care model.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm with no nights, weekends or holidays. Must hold a Master’s Degree from an Accredited AA Program and licensure per AANA guidelines. Compensation is based on an hourly 1099 rate of $175.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program.
• Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed
