Job summary

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking an entry level Casting Operator in Carthage, TN. You will set up and operate casting machines, monitor molten metal processes, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on a fast-paced production line.

Shifts run 6:30 PM–6:30 AM with a 3-days-on/3-days-off pattern. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through performance and overtime, in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in aluminum casting or metalworking.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Background check and drug screen required.

As a Casting Entry Level Operator for Bonnell Aluminum, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of aluminum casting operations. You will manage various stages of the casting operation, from preparing the molten aluminum to final product inspection and packaging. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Set up and operate casting machines to produce aluminum products according to specifications.

Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates of molten aluminum during the casting process.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 pounds occasionally
