Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum casting or metalworking.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production machinery effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must pass company background check and drug screen.

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 6:30 PM- 6:30 AM/3-days on/ 3-days off

STARTING PAY: $23.50/ hour, with the ability to earn more

As a Casting Entry Level Operator for Bonnell Aluminum, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of aluminum casting operations. You will manage various stages of the casting operation, from preparing the molten aluminum to final product inspection and packaging.
