Job summary

Sweetwater Care in California is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in our small Intermediate Care Facilities supporting individuals with disabilities. You will provide skilled nursing care, implement health care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active California RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. You will manage medications, document care, and mentor DSPs and LVNs.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California.
• 1 year of RN nursing experience required.
• CPR certification.

• Willingness to adapt to residents and facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to individuals with disabilities in an IC facility setting.
• Implement and oversee health care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and perform required medical procedures.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure resident well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Offer guidance to LVN/LVN and DSP staff and participate in continuous learning.
