CA REMOTE Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Join a top civil defense litigation firm as a Remote Associate Attorney in California. Must be CA licensed.

About the Role: Founded in 1947, our firm defends private and public entities in civil litigation, including personal injury, landlord-tenant disputes, product liability, premises liability, and general tort cases. We are experiencing growth and are hiring Associate Attorneys.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits including 401K. Remote work flexibility is available.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, landlord-tenant disputes, and general liability cases.

Minimum Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• CA Bar Admission
• At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Defense side experience
• Trial experience
