Job summary

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• One year nursing management experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in long-term care.
• Experience with Point Click Care charting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care within scope of practice per standards, physician orders and facility policies.
• Administers medications and treatments timely per facility policy.
• Transcribes and carries out physician orders as allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Participates in education for patients and families.
• Makes rounds with physicians as needed.
