Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements infection control standards per manual
• Participates in Quality Improvement programs
• Monitors patient placement and program enrollment
• Notifies departments of patient changes and admissions
• Educates patients and families
• Administers medications and treatments per policy
• Follows physician orders and nursing practice acts
• Rounds with physicians as needed
