Job summary

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to deliver virtual primary care across the US. You will treat patients via tele-health, triage calls, video visits and email follow-ups, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates.

Requirements include completing an accredited FNP program with national certification and CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of clinical training to provide exceptional care virtually.
