Jobtailor is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver tele-health patient care in a primarily virtual environment. The role involves treating patients via phone, video visits, and email follow-ups, with ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds.

Applicants should hold an FNP with national certification and CA licensure, with willingness to obtain licenses for other states. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for daily huddles with virtual and in-office teammates.

Qualifications

• : Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• : In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine.
• : Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• : Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).
• : Shifts range from 11am-10pm or 1pm-12am PST.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (phone, video, email follow-ups).
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care virtually.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
