Job summary

Forward Wellness Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a full-time, exempt remote role. The therapist will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create and monitor treatment plans, maintain EHR documentation, and provide telehealth therapy to individuals, with optional couples/family sessions.

The role requires CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PsyD) and a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field. Strong communication, organization, and use of Zoom/Google Meet are essential.

Qualifications

Active California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD (required).
Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computers, teleconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and EHR documentation.
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a passionate and innovative team. We are looking for therapists to join our behavioral health programs, specifically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors. We offer full or part-time positions for qualified applicants to primarily provide individual therapy sessions. For a part-time positions we ask that a clinician can do a minimum of 24 sessions per week. The position comes with a robust benefits package, which adds over 30% to total compensation package.

Degrees/certifications: Masters level training in social work, psychology, family therapy.
Some experience working with diverse populations.
Knowledgeable with interventions and treatment planning.
Experience in evidence based practices preferred (CBT, EMDR).
Fluent in more than one language a plus.
EMDR is a plus.
Credentialing with various insurance companies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits (Eligible Employees)

Medical: Company contribution is 95% of the mid-level plan for the employee and all child dependents. A partner can be added at additional cost.
