Job summary

IGNITE seeks a driven C3BM Principal Integration Analyst to join our mission-focused team. You will contribute to Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering, engaging in C2BMC engineering, integration, and multinational exchange designs.

Responsibilities include interoperability analysis, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with joint, coalition, and international partners on multi-TDL architectures and secure data exchange.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 20+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s, or 12+ with Master.
• Familiarity with MDA/DoD security boundaries.
• Knowledge of MTN data links and secure real-time communications.
• Experience drafting technical documents for publication.

Responsibilities

• Provide interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration.
• Support C2BMC operations worldwide interfacing with Combatant Commands and C2BMC program offices.
• Collaborate with joint, coalition, and international partners on multi-TDL architectures and air defense systems.
• Assist in deploying and operating CDS and one-way transfer technologies to secure data flow across boundaries.
• Manage data owner policies and security guidance to ensure compliance with IA guidelines.
• Support development of tactical feeds and COPs for theater-wide operations.
• Interface with JICO and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented C3BM Principal Integration Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/DCC, DCC contractors and MDS Elements
• Support C2BMC operations worldwide specifically in interfacing with the Combatant Commands and other offices within the C2BMC program
• Collaborate directly with joint, coalition, and international partners to provide technical expertise in multi-TDL architectures (including Link 16), tactical interface management, and air defense / surveillance systems
• Support the integration, deployment, and operation of government-approved Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS), one-way transfer (OWT) technologies, and guard apparatuses to facilitate secure data flow across classification boundaries
• Manage, track, and report on organizational data owner policies, security classification guidance, and data sharing directives to ensure strict compliance with federal and defense information assurance guidelines
• Support the development, integration, and maintenance of tactical track feeds and Common Tactical Pictures (CTP) to generate cohesive, theater-wide Common Operational Pictures (COP) for operational command centers
• Interface with Joint Interface Control Officers (JICO)
• Work with many stakeholders to prioritize simultaneous activities

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 20+ years of relevant experience or Master Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Familiarity with MDA or DoW policies and processes for security boundaries
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office lines of effort, capabilities, and initiatives
• Practical knowledge of joint and multi-tactical data link networks (MTN), including the protocols, architectures, and interface standards required for secure, real-time tactical communications
• Experience/Familiarity with drafting initial content, editing for clarity and style, evaluating for technical accuracy, and finalizing the text for publication of technical documents
• Experience navigating federal cross-domain approval pipelines, security authorization processes, and compliance criteria managed by national-level cross-domain oversight bodies

• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
• Enable secure and timely data access and transfer between networks operating at different security classification levels or security control
• Knowledge of where sensitive information can be controlled and exchanged based on policy and guidelines

Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
