Job summary

C3 Trucking, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is hiring for a local/dedicated account driver. You will operate in IL, IN, WI, OH and MI with 60% regional trips (200+ miles) and 40% local (<200 miles). Hazmat required within 90 days of hire with reimbursement after licensing. Expect $1,600–$1,800+ weekly and a driver-friendly employment structure.

Multiple start times available; average out-of-town stays 1–2 nights per week. Hazmat and DOT compliance are mandatory, and SAP drivers are not accepted.

Qualifications

• 3 months Class A experience with a 53 foot trailer.
• Clean MVR and clean background.
• NO SAP DRIVERS; must pass hair and urine drug test and a DOT physical.

Drivers need to expect to stay out an average of 1-2 nights each week

Drivers get 7 paid days off in their first year (7 PTO days). After 1st year, drivers get 10 paid days off (10 PTO days)

Position Details

• 60% of the loads are regional - 200+ miles from origin to destination
• 0.63 cpm
• Increases to 0.645 CPM at 1 year
• Increases to 0.66 CPM at 3 years
• $20/stop
• 40% loads are local - less than 200 miles from origin to destination
• Starting at 0.725 cpm
• Increases to 0.735 CPM at 1 year
• Increases to 0.745 CPM at 3 years
• $30/stop

Hazmat required within 90 days after being hired

Cost of Hazmat reimbursed after its on their license

Drivers average $1600-$1800+ weekly
