Job summary

C3 Trucking is hiring for a local driver role with home daily routes in IL and WI. Start time is 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with 100% no touch freight and daily payroll potential. Hazmat certification within 90 days is required and reimbursable after hire.

Training lasts five full days, paid at $250 per day, to prepare new drivers for the Chicago rail yard schedule. Expect a measured weekly earnings band around $1,400–$1,500 based on live loads and additional pay categories.

• Urine and hair drug screening.

• Operate local IL/WI routes with daily Chicago rail yard visits.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri; start time 1500 (3:00 PM).

• Account is out of Mt Pleasant, WI


• Schedule: Monday - Friday


• Start Time: 1500 (3:00 PM)


• Drivers on this local job will operate in IL and WI.


• Local-Home Daily


• New drivers start @ 0.48 CPM


• All Hub miles paid equal loaded/empty


• $65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load)


• $40 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery (Approximately 80% drop & hook)


• $25 extra per Hazmat load


• $30 extra per Refrigerated load


• $15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance.


• $20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait)


• $20/hr after 1.5 hour wait -- Then $25/hr after the 1st hour


• Ramp Specific Training After Orientation: Training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training Pay is $250 per day


• 100% no touch!


• Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire.


• If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork.


• Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily


• $1400-$1500 weekly average
