Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Trainer I for the MTCCS II program at the XVIII Airborne Corps Mission Training Complexes. The role involves delivering classroom instruction, planning and executing training events, and developing training materials.

Requirements include a BA/BS or equivalent and 5 years of military training experience. A Secret clearance is required to start. Onsite at Ft Bragg, NC with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5 years of military training and training support operations experience preferred.
• Secret clearance required to start.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction on multiple C2IS.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute training events and exercises.
• Develop training materials, curricula, lectures, and CBT aids.
• Create high-fidelity training environments for Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) systems.
• Support event lifecycle management from planning to After-Action Review (AAR).
• Configure systems, conduct testing, troubleshoot, and modify as required.
• Participate in internal AARs and ongoing PDCP certification.
• Assist in meeting customer training requirements onsite at Ft Bragg.
