Job summary

MANTECH in Stafford, VA seeks a motivated C2 Systems Integration Expert to support military operations across CJADC2 and Kill Web architectures. This role requires hands-on expertise in integrating C2, cyber, and data networks to enable rapid mission enhancements.

You'll work with government and contracted teams, ensuring alignment with DoD doctrines, maintaining documentation, and driving optimization of mission networks for faster decision cycles. The position is on-site in Stafford, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 12+ years C2-related tech experience; 18 years without a degree.
• Familiarity with Joint Fires integration (e.g., AFATDS, NOTM, CAC2S) and bridging to operations.
• Deep understanding of CJADC2 doctrine, policy, strategy, and requirements.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with effective communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks, independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Marine Corps information systems R&D, focusing on C5, CJADC2, and Kill Webs.
• Advance Kill Web architectures and transition systems to mesh networking across domains.
• Guide interconnection of mission networks to improve F2T2EA cycle speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align activities with client expectations and optimize processes.
• Support CJADC2 and distributed maritime operations through development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation and status reporting for meetings and briefs.
• Coordinate resources and administration to support planning, testing, and production of capabilities.
