Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for data fusion architectures integrating diverse sensors into a real-time COP.
• Develop and evaluate C2 CONOPS and SoS architectures to optimize tactical decisions.
• Coordinate with warfighter to align data visualization and C2 interfaces with operational workflows under combat conditions.
• Draft strategic roadmaps for transitioning emerging technologies into active C2/data fusion programs.
• Defend acquisition strategies for Major System Acquisitions in the C2 domain under fiscal constraints and rapid fielding timelines.
• Support portfolios across RDT&E and prototyping for next-generation decision-support software.
• Facilitate integrated T&E programs ensuring interoperability and data integrity.
