Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12+ years military C2 tech experience; 18+ years without a degree.
• Deep understanding of CJADC2 doctrine, policy, and requirements.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with effective communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Marine Corps C2 information systems, integrating C5 with Joint Fires and Kill Webs.
• Advance architectures for dynamic, mesh‑networked kill webs connecting sensors and shooters.
• Provide guidance on mission networks to enhance F2T2EA cycle speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align activities with client expectations and lifecycle management.
• Support CJADC2 and distributed maritime operations with government and contractor teams.
• Maintain rigorous program documentation and reporting for meetings and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources to plan, test, and produce critical capabilities for the customer’s mission.
