Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems in customers’ homes. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, identify risk factors, and perform warranty service with attention to safety and quality.

Compensation Details: 18% - 20% of Total Ticket

Job Duties

Job Requirements

• 3+ year experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver’s license, with good driving record.
• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
