Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS team seeks a Project Lead Integration Engineer II to advance counter-unmanned systems concepts across multiple domains and planning frameworks. You will advise on posture, risk, and priorities while coordinating with joint forces to integrate C-UxS capabilities in theater operations.

The successful candidate will hold TS/SCI clearance, bring 5+ years of operational staff experience, and lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security studies, National Security, Public Policy or a related discipline required.
• Active Top Secret with SCI security clearance required.
• 5+ years of operational-level staff experience at MEF/MARFOR/service-component level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multi-domain C-UxS concepts into Theater Campaign Plans, OPLANs, CONPLANs, orders and investments frameworks.
• Develop C-UxS planning products, appendices, annexes, and supporting estimates for plans.
• Synchronize C-UxS requirements across deployed forces and bases.
• Advise commanders on C-UxS posture, readiness, risk, capability gaps, and priorities.
• Coordinate with joint command and service components to integrate C-UxS capabilities.
