Job summary

CACI is seeking a C-UAS Planner within USCENTCOM's J38 to develop and coordinate strategies countering unmanned threats. You will create CONOPS, prepare senior-level talking points, and synchronize efforts with partners and interagency stakeholders.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 6+ years of related experience or a HS/GED with 10+ years, and strong analytical briefing skills. Expect to support crisis action and joint training efforts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• BA/BS or AA degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Experience in military planning or C-UAS operations preferred.
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM AOR and C-UAS technologies.
• Strong written, analytical, and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine planning materials at the Combatant Command level.
• Rapidly develop CONOPS for complex C-UAS tasks.
• Prepare concise talking points for senior meetings.
• Coordinate with partner nations, joint forces, and interagency stakeholders.
• Respond to information requests with actionable insights.
• Attend high-level briefings to ensure effective C-UAS TTPs.
• Provide analytics-driven planning recommendations during operations.
• Analyze after-action reports to improve threat response.
• Maintain updated Partner Nation Laydown (PowerPoint & Maven).
• Advise on acquisition and R&D strategies when requested.
• Support CAT shifts and joint exercise readiness.
