Job summary

KBR’s Plans & Operations Analyst will act as a SME for Directed Energy C-UAS employment in the National Airspace System, supporting the DoW JIATF 401 and interagency coordination. The role requires deep expertise in DE/HPM systems and engagement with multiple services and staffs.

The analyst will help synchronize planning, staffing, and briefings for senior leaders, including cross‑department collaboration across CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Staff experience at Service, Joint, CCMD, and/or OSD Staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME to leadership on Directed Energy C-UAS in NAS.
• Coordinate with FAA NAS and interagency for safe airspace operations.
• Provide technical expertise in DE and High Power Microwave systems.
• Lead or participate in DoW C-sUAS communities and JIATF 401 initiatives.
• Draft staffing responses for congressional inquiries and DoW initiatives.
