Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Technician in Danvers, MA to perform preventive maintenance and light repairs with minimal supervision. This role supports senior technicians on complex tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will conduct routine inspections, diagnose basic suspension/brake issues, and ensure proper repair documentation. A valid license and basic tools are required; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician certifications preferred but not required.
• Previous automotive experience as a D level tech required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and basic tools.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Handle basic suspension and steering diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform brake diagnosis and repair, alignments, and TPMS services.
• Document work and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Stay current with factory bulletins, recalls, and safety updates.
