Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older for Head Coach and hold current First Aid/CPR certification or acquire by season start.
• Understand the activity/sport, safety practices, and progression of skill development.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes regarding techniques, rules, and safety practices of the sport.
• Develop and organize a practice program; schedule practices 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Supervise athletes from practice start to finish and during games, camps, and travel.
• Promote the interscholastic program and uphold school policies and procedures.
• Hold valid first aid and CPR certifications and complete required WIAA clinics.
