Job summary

Oxeon is seeking a Senior Associate in Seattle to shape the leadership behind healthcare’s most impactful companies. You will own end-to-end C-suite mandates and manage client relationships, leading weekly search calls and driving market mapping to identify top executives in healthcare.

You will also mentor Associates, drive core initiatives, and exemplify our values while contributing to a flexible, collaborative, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of C-suite mandates for healthcare companies.
• Cultivate, own and manage client relationships and deliverables; lead weekly search calls and manage candidate progression.
• Identify and engage executives through outreach and screening; conduct interviews and networking calls.
• Conduct market mapping to identify talent and healthcare trends at Payer, Value-Based Care, Digital Health, Life Sciences, and Multisite Healthcare.
• Manage small project teams of Associates in search work.
• Drive initiatives around building the business and organization (operations, business development, marketing, process improvements).
• Lead Seattle team weekly meeting and embody Oxeon’s core values.
