Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative is a full-service agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska. This role focuses on increasing sales of petroleum, c-store and food service items while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory control, fulfilling duties as assigned by the store manager, promoting store departments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment for customers daily.

Qualifications

• Prioritizes customer service in all interactions.
• Clear verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Capable of making prompt, sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive payments by cash, card, or other methods and issue receipts.
• Assist customers with product questions and upsell using promotions.
• Maintain clean, organized checkout and shelving areas with current price tags.
• Handle refunds, credits, or changes as needed and escalate serious issues to the manager.
• Greet customers entering and leaving the store and maintain positive public relations.
• Record cash in the drawer at shift start and end, and maintain accurate cash handling.
