Qualifications

• Must have experience in managing store operations.
• Physical ability to perform all duties of a store C-Store Team Member.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and supervising team.
• Manage food service and car wash profits alongside controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service.
• Schedule labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns.
• Implement daily operating procedures to maintain store standards.
