Refuel Operating Company, LLC is hiring a C-Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, process transactions, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. You will engage with guests, handle payments, and help maintain overall readiness of the store in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. On-the-job training is provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks and take initiative.

Responsibilities
