Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep a clean, safe store. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock products, and help maintain readiness of the store.

This role offers flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with full-time or part-time options. Training is provided, and perks include paid raises, daily pay access, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Organized and efficient with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
