Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced C++ Programmer to study, design, prepare specifications, and perform services related to electrical and electronic systems. The candidate will join the Beavercreek team and contribute to subsystem interface design and functional analysis to meet mass, cost, and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities include integrating various development languages and utilizing RDBMS, testing tools, and SCM practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing C/C++ and Unix, including templates and STL.
• Experience with C++14/17 and modern development practices.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS databases, testing tools, methodologies and SCM.
• Ability to integrate Java, Python or Perl and shell scripts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study, design, prepare specifications, and perform services related to electrical and electronic systems.
• Design and/or research subsystem interfaces to ensure integration of components into a viable system.
• Perform functional analysis to verify performance criteria and mission constraints.
• Feed analysis results back to subsystem development teams.
