Job summary

As a C# Software Engineer III on the Blitz Team, you hold a senior position leading the development and maintenance of Mobius Autonomous Software. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, extensive experience, and the ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion. You will provide strategic direction, mentor junior team members, and ensure that the software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

What makes this different from a standard Mobius role is the pace and the proximity to the machine. You will write production C# for concepts that are still being proven, then follow that code out to the equipment to see whether it holds up. Expect to work alongside electrical, mechanical, systems, and field operations engineers on the same problem, and to travel to test sites and customer pilots.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with software testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Demonstrated experience in software development for autonomous systems, robotics, or related fields.

• Experience debugging software on physical hardware in outdoor or field conditions.
