Job summary

Century Mold Co., Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the B shift to ensure quality and productivity in our manufacturing facility. You will perform quality checks, follow detailed instructions, and maintain organized work areas while supporting others on the line.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to 5S standards in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete all quality checks and paperwork for tasks.
• Read and follow operator instructions and alerts.
• Record number of containers produced.
• Visually inspect products for defects and record causes and quantities.
• Keep work area neat and organized per 5S program.
• Communicate with incoming and outgoing operators.
• Spray molds as required.
• Provide relief on other machines as needed.
