The successful candidate will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Reports to: Facilities Manager
Location: Deckers Brands Distribution Center in Mooresville, Indiana (near clayton)
Mon - Thurs 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
The Role
The Maintenance Supervisor performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities in assigned maintenance operational areas which may include buildings, conveyors, electrical and performs related work as required. The job will entail preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of heavy industrial manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position will be working with AC/DC controls, PLC controlled equipment, pneumatics and with voltage of up to 480 volts. Manage minor projects. Provide training to lower grade levels.
Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, and others. Always represent the company in a positive and supportive manner.
Troubleshoot and repair controls, process controllers, control cabinets, power supplies and all other field devices associated with the conveyor system.

Who You Are
We’d love to hear from people with
3 years of leadership experience
6-8 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems of a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
Experience working around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems
