Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a lab technician with 2+ years of experience in sterilizers, ultrasonics, and auto washers. The role requires proficiency in MS Office and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or in a team within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include following C&S protocols, processing devices through washing stages, data entry, and occasional cross-training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lab equipment experience (sterilizers, ultrasonics, auto washer)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team
• Experience in a highly regulated industry
• Read C&S protocols and understand process terminology
• Initiate and monitor life cycle of C&S processes
• Move devices through ultrasonic, auto washers and autoclaves as directed
• Inspect devices for defects after washing
• Record data in Excel and written reports
• Periodically prepare batches of cleaning solutions
• Cross-train in other lab spaces (e.g., mechanical, materials)
• Read procedures and operate lab equipment
• Troubleshoot lab equipment
• Ensure procedures followed by others
• Change or replace chemicals on machines and stations
• Communicate with clients/engineers effectively
• Multitask in fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate degree in a STEM related background with minimum of 2 years lab experience
• Certification as Sterile Processing Technician

Qualifications : High School Graduate With 3 years of Lab Experience or associate degree in stem with 2 years to lab Experience

Salary Range: $45,000- $48,000 a year
