Joinkeywork is seeking a C Quality Assurance Lead for an hourly, remote contractor role to oversee quality across C AI training projects. You will review AI-generated C code and trainer outputs, provide precise feedback, and ensure contributors follow project guidelines.

You will evaluate code correctness, memory safety, portability, and performance, and communicate with remote teams via Discord. This role involves onboarding, documentation, and ongoing QA workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, SE, CE or equivalent.
• Strong English communication to provide clear technical feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in C programming and related areas.
• Solid understanding of pointers, memory allocation, and portability.
• Experience leading or supporting remote technical teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with GCC/Clang/MSVC, Make/CMake, GDB/LLDB, and static analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Quality monitoring of C items and feedback delivery.
• Review AI-generated C code, debugging responses, and explanations.
• Communicate guidelines and workflow updates to remote contributors.
• Answer questions on pointers, memory, compilation, UB, and portability.
• Manage onboarding and calibration materials for contributors.
• Identify and escalate quality gaps; improve QA workflows.
• Flag unsafe or non-production-ready C recommendations.
