Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to lead end-to-end SDLC activities, design discussions, and coding efforts for complex C++ platforms. The role emphasizes performance, stability, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

You will contribute to requirements, review code, implement tests, and help translate complex requirements into actionable tasks while engaging in production issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience can replace education.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship are welcome; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for a smooth transition to new software.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and knowledge base items.
